This extension will increase by 616.02 m2. Today, Mannat has two basement levels, one ground floor and six floors. With this increase, the Khan family intends to build the seventh and eighth floors.
Meanwhile, SRK and Gauri have not responded to this latest development.
The actor will move with his entire family to the luxury apartment building in the Pali Hill neighborhood of Bandra, including his wife Gauri and children Aryan, Suhana and Abram. According to data analytics company Zapkey, the Khan family rented two duplex apartments in Mumbai’s upscale Balishan neighborhood, at Rs 290 crore per year. On February 14, the lease agreement was registered.
The family rented four floors of the film producer after Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshika Deshmukh, children of the property co-owner Vashu Bhagnani, and signed a leave and permit with Red Chillies Entertainment in Shah Rukh.
The rented floor will accommodate the Khan family, their staff, safe and part of the office space. Even if the new house isn’t as big as Mannat, it still promises plenty of room.
The four floors will be reportedly rented by Shah Rukh for Rs 2.4 lakh per month. The three-year lease includes two-story, second, seventh and eighth floor duplex apartments. Renovating a Mannat may take up to two years, but the entire family may not stay.
