Patna: The Bihar government, led by Kumar, New York City, approved 146 proposals at a cabinet meeting held on Tuesday at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. Ministers from all departments attended the meeting, chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Of the 146 proposals, South Bihar has 120 plans. The estimated cost of all 146 proposals is Rs 30 billion.
In the third and fourth phases of Pragati Yatra, Nitish Kumar visited Patna, Bhojpur, Jehanabad, Jehanabad, Arwal, Gaya, Aurangabad, Aurangabad, Nawada, Rohtas, Rohtas, Kaimur, Kaimur, Buxar, Buxar, Buxar, Lakhisarai, Jamui , Jamui, Jamui, Jamui, Jamui and other regions.
Earlier, during the last cabinet meeting, Rs 18.7 billion was approved in North Bihar. The total investment is Rs 50 billion, consistent with the announcement during the Pragati Yatra of CM Nitish Kumar. After the cabinet is approved, the recommendations will be adopted at the upcoming budget meeting of the Bihar General Assembly, which will begin on February 28.
Several government departments have obtained budget approvals for critical infrastructure and welfare projects. Most proposals are related to the Ministry of Rural Engineering, including road construction, Jan Jiwan Hariyali, Tola Sampark Yojana, Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal, etc.
In addition to this, other departments include education, health, agriculture, animal husbandry and fisheries, urban development, public health engineering, water resources, road construction, sports, infrastructure development and public welfare programs.
The state cabinet has approved Buxar’s development project funding, a new auditorium and science will be built in a Rs 4.7 crore investment in Magadh Mahila College Patna, and a new education building will be built in Kemore.
