Rave News

A group of people vandalized flower pots and other items at Telugu superstar Allu Arjun’s residence in Hyderabad. The group claims to be a member of the Joint Action Committee of Osmania University.

The protesters raised slogans against the “Pushpa 2” actor and sought justice for the woman who was killed in a stampede during a screening of the actor’s latest film “Pushpa-2” at a cinema in Hyderabad earlier this month. Later, the protesters were taken away by the police.

One of the placards they left behind read that crores of rupees were being made from making movies and moviegoers were dying. OU-JAC was at the forefront of the Telangana statehood movement.

Speaking about the incident, Jubilee Hills police said six members of the Osmania University Joint Action Committee (OU-JAC) pelted stones at actor Allu Arjun’s residence, held placards and staged a protest. However, we have not received any complaint from Allu Arjun’s family. Further details are awaited.
