The company has obtained an agency inspection report (EIR) for API manufacturing units (CTO-2) in Bollaram, Hyderabad from the U.S. FDA. The inspection has been classified as a Voluntary Action (VAI) proposed by the U.S. FDA, indicating it is closed. The regulator conducted an inspection at the facility from November 13 to November 19, 2024.

The board of directors announced that the arrangements with Kesoram Industries will take effect on March 1, 2025. Under this arrangement, the company will allocate an equity share ₹10 per person per 52 shares ₹10 each held by equity shareholders of Kesoram Industries. NHAI has agreed to compensate for losses, accounting for 1% of the contract price. The project is part of the ongoing EPC model program, with the bidding project cost of ₹10.71 million.
