The debate in Shivaji vs Aurangzeb created a new political storm in Maharashtra, especially after comments from the Samajwadi party Mla Abu Azmi praised the Mughal rulers. Azmi was suspended last week until the end of the budget meeting on March 26, and his remarks praised Aurangzeb. Earlier, the BJP Satala MP Udayanraje Bhosale, a descendant of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the king of Malas, sounded like the demolition of the Aurangzeb tomb located in the dust of Chhatrapati Sambhainagar.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that everyone should remove the tomb of King Auráb of Mugar in chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, but it must be completed within the scope of the law, as the law will be under the protection of ASI-based protection as the previous Congress regime under the ASI-protected ASI.
“We all need the same thing, but you need to do it within the framework of the law because it is a protected location. During the Congressional regime a few years ago, the location was placed under the protection of the ASI (Archaeological Survey of India).”
