Secretary of Gram Panchayat in a village in Agra district of Uttar Pradesh allegedly forced students from a public primary school to squat down and stand with their hands upward for an hour on Tuesday morning to punish them for not wearing uniforms Punish them.
The ordeal of more than a dozen school students in Bishrampur village under Khairagarh Block lasted an hour, with some claiming that Secretary Gram Panchayat also hit them with a stick.
