Field announced the launch of Realme P3 5G on Monday (March 10, 2025) along with its first “Ultra” smartphone, Realme P3 Ultra 5G. New India’s proprietary P-series phones join the club of the Realme P3X and P3 Pro which have been launched in the home.
The Chinese smartphone company will launch the Realme P3 Ultra 5G and Realme P3 5G in India on March 19.
Realme says the P3 Ultra 5G will be the world’s first smartphone powered by the Mediatek Diments 8350 Ultra chipset with LPDDR5X RAM. The device also comes with GT supercharged.
Realme also confirmed that the P3 Ultra 5G will be equipped with a 6,000 mAh battery and supported by an 80 W charging solution.

It says the Realme P3 Ultra 5G display will support a 2500Hz touch sampling rate.
Meanwhile, the new Realme P3 5G will run the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset. GT enhancements such as AI motion control and AI Ultra Touch control are also provided.
The Realme P3 5G will also use a 6,000 mAh battery with a 45 W charger. It will rate IP69.
The Realme P3 5G will have a 120 Hz AMOLED display with 2,000 columns of peak brightness.
The Realme P3 Ultra 5G and Realme P3 5G will be available on Flipkart and Realme.
