Punjab Congress leader Partap Singh Bajwa claimed on Monday that 32 soldiers from the AAM AADMI Party (AAP) were contacting him for a turnover, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann “contacted” with BJP Aman Arora, retorted that yes Bajwa made a “booking” to join the BJP.
Opposition leader Bajwa further claimed that he had “45 years of political experience” and never made false statements. “We had earlier stated that Congress had no intention of cracking down on the administration. Speaking to a reporter outside the Punjab Legislative Council, Bajwa said that AAP lawmakers knew it was their last term. “They are looking for new parties to get tickets. I keep in touch with them… No one can give them safety except Congress. But the party’s high command will decide who will be brought in and who may win the polls… This will happen in due course,” Qadian MLA said.
He claimed that Mann also had talks with the BJP, adding: “When (Arvind) Kejriwal decided to remove him, he (Mann) would pack his luggage and join their baggage (BJP). The surgery to remove him was already on…. On the same day, the BJP will conduct parallel operations. The BJP agency is with him.”
On AAP, Bajwa challenged him on AAP to provide a list of MLAs who want to change the party, “I am a responsible politician. Why should I give them a list? Aman Arora may also join Congress. It’s no big deal. Aman Arora knows where his heart is. His heart is trembling.”
Meanwhile, Arora fought back at Bajwa, saying: “Bajwa-ji who joined BJP is almost certain. He has made the reservation.”
“I urge Rahul Gandhi to ask Bajwa what he did recently in Bangaluru and which BJP leader he met there. His script is in the BJP party The office was prepared like the script of his brother who had joined the BJP,” Arora said.

However, Baiwa claimed that he had gone to Bangalore “to the place where Kejirivar often visited”. “I’ve gone for my health. I haven’t gone there to meet anyone,” he added.
Later, in a statement, Arora claimed Bajwa’s allegations were groundless. “Bajwa is spreading rumors and indulging in rash remarks without any merit. The AAP Governor also dismissed Bajwa’s threat even though the Bhagwant Mann-led government became a ridiculous threat. “The AAP government in Punjab has 94 MLAs. Even if the 32 MLAs in Bajwa imagined are subtracted, we still have 62 legislators – a comfortable majority. On the other hand, Bajwa’s parliament has only 15 MLAs. Arora suggested that Bajwa focus on managing political parties in “internal chaos.”

AAP spokesman Neel Garg responded to Arora’s statement, accusing Bajwa of prioritizing his political ambitions over his responsibilities as an opposition leader. He said in a video statement: “Bajwa’s entry into the BJP is a foregone conclusion. He has made pre-arrangements to secure the BJP vote.
Garg also mocked Bajwa for being unable to lead the constructive opposition. “The people of Punjabi expect a responsible opposition, not someone who spends time spreading unfounded rumors and playing small politics. Bajwa’s actions only reveal his despair and commitment to public service.”

Cabinet Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal also attacked in Bajwa. “He’s an educated liar. I challenged him to get three people from the AAP with him. He doesn’t even have a Congressional leader.
