Triumph Speed Twin 900 details: Triumph has launched the 2025 Speed Twin 900 in India, priced at Rs 8.89 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated model features significant upgrades in design and parts, enhancing its sporty appeal. Sales will begin this month, and buyers will also be able to customize their motorcycles. Here’s what’s new for the 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900.
The updated Speed Twin 900 features a slimmer, sportier design while retaining its classic styling. The rear is now narrower, with subtle adjustments making the riding position more comfortable. The swing arm is made of aluminum, reducing weight.
It also comes with a refreshed color scheme fuel tank, short fenders, compact taillights and black accents. Blacked-out components, black-wrapped stainless steel exhaust pipes and upswept tailpipes further enhance its simple yet classic appearance.
The car is equipped with USD front forks, rear dual shock absorbers, disc brakes at both ends, dual-channel ABS, and four-piston calipers. It uses a combination of 18-inch front wheels and 17-inch rear wheels. It offers a circular digital instrument cluster with a TFT screen. As part of the update, it also gets Bluetooth connectivity.
The Speed Twin 900 is powered by a 900cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine with a 270-degree firing sequence. It produces 64 hp and 80 Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. This motorcycle offers two riding modes – road and rain.
In India, the Speed Twin 900’s closest competitor is the Kawasaki Z900 RS, priced at Rs 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom), which is almost double its cost.
