Naruvi Hospital in Vellore with Hindua webinar will be held on February 28, titled “Blood Pressure: What You Need to Know”.
The event is part of Healthy India, the Happy India Initiative, a series of 15 webinars designed to promote health awareness, prevent disease and overall health in India.
The webinar was scheduled for 11.30 a.m. and is the fifth part in the series.
It brings together an outstanding panel of experts to discuss all aspects of hypertension.
Dr. V. Chockalingam, Emeritus Professor of Cardiology in Tamil Nadu, will address the therapeutic aspects of hypertension.
Naruvi Hospitals consultant cardiologist Dr. V. Jacob Jose will provide an introduction to hypertension and its increasing popularity.
Dr. K. Suresh Kumar, consultant interventional cardiologist at Naruvi Hospital, will explain how to accurately measure blood pressure and provide advice on recommended methods.
Dr. Tr Muralidharan, Director of Cardiology Science at SRM Global Hospital in Chennai, will discuss how to define hypertension, detailing cutoff points and treatment goals.
