Minister of IT and Human Resources Development Nara Lokesh provided “Silk Vastrams” to Sri Khadri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Kadiri town, Sri Sathya Sai district on Monday night. The state government brought this matter to the temple, which is managed by the donation department and dates back to the 13th century.
Minister Lokesh and Minister of Taxation Anagani Satya Prasad arrived in Kadiri after landing at Puttaparthi Airport. The Temple Pastor welcomes ministers with traditional honor. After worshiping the temple, the priests managed the Veda Ashirvachanam to Nara Lokesh and his entourage.
Later, Mr. Lokesh participated in the “Kalyanotsavam” ceremony performed for the Lord and his couple at the temple venue.
Interestingly, Mr. Lokesh made a commitment to party cadres during his Yuvagalam Yatra that he would worship in the temple after the TDP reappeared.
