The Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) has issued a warning regarding high-severity vulnerabilities detected in multiple Adobe products.
Affected products include Adobe FrameMaker, Substance, InDesign, InCopy, Lightroom, Adobe Animate, and Adobe Commerce.
According to CERT-In, these vulnerabilities could be exploited by threat actors to execute arbitrary code, gain elevated privileges, bypass security features, or even allow threat actors to access a user’s device memory.
These vulnerabilities exist due to software errors such as out-of-bounds reads and out-of-bounds writes in untrusted search paths, unrestricted file uploads, and buffer overflows.
Adobe has released a software update to fix the vulnerability, and users are advised to update to the latest version to ensure security.
