MG Cybertster Details: JSW MG Motor India’s luxury brand channel MG Select has announced that the company’s upcoming sports electric car MG Cyberster will feature a dual-motor powertrain setup and be equipped with the thinnest 77 kWh battery pack with a thickness of 110 mm. The powertrain will produce 510 PS and 725 Nm of torque. The company also released a new teaser video for Cyberster, showing off its exciting performance on the track.
“The MG Cyberster will feature a dual-motor powertrain and an aerodynamic fastback design to enhance stability and performance. The roadster will be equipped with front double wishbones and rear five-link independent suspension to ensure smoothness traction and overall stability.
“India’s first electric scissor door features dual radar sensors and an anti-pinch mechanism for enhanced safety, showcasing the future of automotive innovation,” the company said, adding that the Cyberster will be designed by former Italian F1 engineer Marco Fainello is precisely tuned to ensure unparalleled acceleration and deceleration for a thrilling driving experience.
MG Select plans to set up 12 exclusive luxury showrooms in 12 cities in India and plans to launch four high-end cars by 2026. Launch at India Mobile Expo from January 17, 2025.
