The Delhi court on Tuesday convened RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, whose son Tej Pratap Yadav and daughter Hema Yadav are linked to the CBI case with the land boundaries. The Rouse Avenue court also issued a new subpoena to Lalu’s youngest son and former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav and demanded that they appear on March 11.
The court issued a subpoena after recognizing the CBI’s last charge form in the corruption case. The agency appointed 78 people in the case, including 30 government officials. Lalu Yadav and his two sons have been released on bail in the money laundering case investigated by the emergency room.
