At the seventh session of the 58th session of the UN Human Rights Commission, India said Pakistan was a failed country that survived international handouts.
“It is regrettable that their leaders continue to spread false speech by military terrorist complexes”, said Kshitij Tyagi, India’s permanent UN mission in Geneva.

Mr Tyagi said: “Pakistan is mocking the Organization of the Islamic Conference by abusing its mouthpiece. Unfortunately, the time of the Council continues to be wasted by a failed state, the state thrives with instability and survives international handouts. Its speech is hypocritical, its inhuman behavior and its incompetent governance. India remains focused on democracy, progress and ensuring the dignity of its people. Pakistan’s values will be well learned.”
Mr. Tyagi continued to respond and rebuttal to Pakistan, saying that the alliance territory of Jamu and Kashmir and Ladakh will always be part of India. He added that progress in these areas was muttering to oneself.

“The union territory of J&K and Ladakh will always be an integral and inalienable part of India. Over the past few years, J&K’s unprecedented political, social and economic progress has been whispering to itself. These successes prove the people’s trust in the commitment of the government to bring normal people to normal people, a region that has been hurt by decades of Pakistan-sponsored terrorism. As a country that violates human rights, persecutes minorities and systems erodes democratic values, constitutes a national policy that, without any concealment, constitutes unauthorized terrorists, Pakistan has no right to teach anyone.”

Mr Tyagi added that Pakistan must overcome its “unhealthy obsession” with India and focus on the issues that continue to plague its citizens.
“Unfortunately, this Council’s time continues to be wasted by a state of failure, a thriving state that survives instability and international handouts. Its speech is hypocritical, its inhuman behavior and its incompetent governance. India remains focused on democracy, progress and ensuring the dignity of its people. Pakistan can learn very well,” he said.
He said the remarks were a response to “malignant” references and spreading false replies raised by Pakistan.
“India is exercising its right to reply in response to Pakistan’s unfounded and malicious reference,” he said.

Mr. Tyagi’s speech follows the speech of Parvathaneni Harish, the permanent representative of India on behalf of the United Nations, reiterated on 19 February that Jammu and Kashmir are part of India and will always be part of India and strongly condemn Pakistan’s misinformation.
Harish made a statement in the United Nations Security Council in the open debate on practicing multilateralism, reforming and improving global governance, “Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister and Foreign Minister mentioned the components and inalienable parts of India in his speech. I would like to reiterate that the coalition territory of Jamu and Kashmir was, and will always be indispensable to India.”
