The Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) released the sales data for electric vehicle in February 2025. It reveals Hyundai India is the third best-selling manufacturer in the electric passenger car category, selling four times the year-over-year sales last month. Specifically, the brand registered sales of 738 units, 481.10% higher than the 127 units sold in the same period in 2024. In addition, the brand’s growth rate is 129.91% compared to January 2025.
Sales figures for specific models have not been disclosed. However, the surge in Hyundai Electric Vehicle (EV) sales can be attributed to the recent launch of Creta Electric in the Indian market. The electric version of the popular SUV was launched in January and appears to benefit from the success of its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterpart.

Buyers can choose from eight monotony and two two-tone paint schemes.
To ensure passenger safety, it comes with a range of features such as digital keys, Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera, and additional safety equipment to protect passengers.
