“Fight India and repair its own failure”: India’s reaction to Pakistan’s hard defeat of UN University

India strongly criticized Pakistan at the 58th session of the United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) on Thursday, labeling it as a “failed country” and “survived in instability and international handouts”. Indian diplomat Kshitij Tyagi made a sharp rebuttal, accusing Pakistan of spreading false and abuse of international platforms to promote anti-Indian narratives.

Sharp remarks on Pakistan

Tyagi didn’t speak, asserting that Pakistan laughed at it as the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) by abusing Islamic Cooperation (OIC). He condemned Pakistan’s attempt to continuously mislead global communities, calling its governance “incompetence” and its speeches “hypocrisy.”

“It is regrettable that Pakistan’s leaders and continue to spread the false nature of its military terrorist complex. Pakistan is mocking the OIC by abusing its touting situations. Unfortunately, the Council’s time continues to be powerlessly wasteful by its instability and actions on the international appearance.

India says Kashmir is indispensable for India

Tyagi responded to Pakistan’s repeated mentions about Jamu and Kashmir, reiterating India’s position, saying Jamu & Kashmir and Ladakh will always be an integral part of the country. He highlighted the significant political, social and economic progress in these regions in recent years, in stark contrast to Pakistan’s instability.

“The coalition territory of J&K and Ladakh will always be an integral and inalienable part of India. Over the past few years, J&K has expressed its meaning in unprecedented political, social and economic progress in J&K. India also calls on Pakistan for human rights violations. Tyagi noted that Pakistan has recorded records in minority persecution, democratic backlash and shelter for unauthorized terrorists.

Call on Pakistan to solve its own problems

Tyagi urged Pakistan to shift its focus from India to its own failed internal governance. He criticized Islamabad for using international platforms to shift its attention to the domestic crisis.

“Pakistan is not an unhealthy obsession with India, but is focused on providing practical governance and justice to its own people,” he said.

India’s consensus position on international forums

Tyagi’s speech reflects India’s long-term position on the Kashmir issue. On February 19, India reiterated India’s sovereignty over Jamu and Kashmir in an open debate at the UN Security Council.

“In his speech, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan mentioned that India, an indispensable and indispensable part of the alliance territory of Jamu and Kashmir.

India has repeatedly denounced Pakistan’s attempt to internationalize Kashmir and insisted that the region’s progress has been whispering to itself.
