Bharat Electronics said in a document today: “Under Article 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Ordinance, in 2015, we hope to inform the company’s board of directors meetings are scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025, taking into account the Interim dividend declaration for fiscal year 2024-25.”

Bharat Electronics Q3 results

The company released its financial quarter results for the December quarter last month, in which strong revenue growth and profits were higher than analysts’ estimates.
