New Delhi: According to the draft Marahila Samriddhi Yojna of the BJP Government, it is expected to be listed on March 8 that women of the age group of no more than Rs 2.5 lakh in Delhi, with an annual income of no more than Rs 2.5 lakh, are eligible for monthly aid of Rs 2,500.
The chief secretary of Delhi discussed the eligibility criteria at a meeting, one of the official of the scheme, which was the main poll commitment of the BJP to the BJP in the congressional elections. The official said: “The income limit for women who are eligible to register under Mahila Samriddhi Yojana is Rs 2.5 lakh. We have prepared Yojana’s draft, which will be submitted for approval at the Cabinet meeting.”
The official said the registration process will begin once the draft is approved. According to the draft proposal, women aged 21-60 in the program can benefit from the program. The BJP Chief JP NADDA, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and senior ruling party leaders will attend the online registration of the scheme at an event held on March 8, giving women a weaker portion of the economy of Rs 2,500 and providing symbolic payments to certain beneficiaries, the party’s sources said.
They said the plan will be held at the JLN Stadium, which will be celebrated on March 8. The registration process for the scheme will begin on March 8, Party MP Manoj Tiwari recently said. In the Delhi Congress Election Declaration, the BJP promised to provide Rs 2,500 for women in poor families under the plan after they came to power in Delhi.
Tiwari has said that the entire process of providing Rs 2,500 for every woman with financial poverty will be completed within a month and a half. Opposition AAP criticized the BJP government for not approving the first cabinet meeting in this regard.
The party held protests in several places, questioning the BJP’s delay in the implementation of the plan. “We will not let the BJP mislead people with false promises; our demonstrations will continue and we will continue to ask them about them from the streets to the rally,” said AAP MLA MLA Sanjeev Jha.
Party leader Rituraj Jha said Prime Minister Modi promised during the election that the BJP government in Delhi would approve the plan at its first cabinet meeting and transfer Rs 2,500 to women by March 8.
