Bale Violence: The first breakthrough in the Balaich murder case came when an accused named Sarfaraj was injured in a clash with the STF of the Uttar Pradesh Police. Sarfaraj reportedly tried to flee to Nepal but was captured by the Special Task Force (STF) near Handabasseri Canal in Nampala, Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was reportedly informed of the fate and arrest of the other accused.
“A total of five people, the main accused in the case, were arrested. There was a brief exchange of fire and two people were injured. The injured were Sarfaraz and Mohammad Talib. No one died and the injured have been sent to the hospital.” To the hospital, “Amitabh Yash, deputy commissioner of police (law and order), special task force, said.
According to officials from the Balechi police station, two people were injured in the clash and were taken to hospital for treatment. Sarfaraj is the son of Abdul Hamid, another accused in the Ram Gopal Mishra murder case. Another injured defendant has been identified as Talib. The UP STF arrested all five key accused in the case, including Abdul Hameed. The accused tried to flee to Nepal.

SP Bahraich Vrinda Shukla gave details of the incident and said, “When the police team went to Nanpara area to recover the murder weapon, Md Sarfaraz alias Rinku and Md Talib alias Sablu kept the weapon in a loaded state , they used this weapon.
Mishra was killed by a mob when communal clashes broke out between two communities during a Durga idol immersion procession in Maharshi area of Uttar Pradesh’s Balaich district on Sunday. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met Mishra’s family and promised justice to the family. He said the killer would not be spared.
Mishra’s autopsy report reveals gruesome details of the murder. Mishra reportedly died of “excessive blood loss.” Bahraich chief medical officer (CMO) Dr Sanjay Kumar Sharma told ANI that 25 to 30 pellet injuries were found during the post-mortem examination of the victim. The chief medical officer said: “The information we have is that the man bled to death as a result of being injured by 25 to 30 pellets. He had some marks of injury above his left eye and on his toes. There were also wounds on parts of the fingernails of both toes. .
