“Bade Acche Lagte Hai” celebrates its 13th anniversary and is about to return to Sony Entertainment Television. The channel will re-air the flagship show starring Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar from November 11. The iconic series captivated Indian television audiences with its realistic storytelling and relatable characters and is set to spread its magic once again.

“Bade Acche Lagte Hai” premiered in 2011 and took the nation by storm with its nuanced portrayal of love, family and relationships. The show stars Ram Kapoor, a no-nonsense businessman who loves his family but refuses to commit to marriage. Meanwhile, Priya Sood, played by Sakshi Tanwar, is the polar opposite of the wealthy, stubborn businessman – a woman who believes in love and relationships. Fate cruelly allowed them to get married despite mutual disdain. The hero and heroine of the show gradually occupied a special place in the hearts of the audience, and their love story resonated with many people.
Talking about the re-run, Sakshi Tanwar, who essayed the role of Priya, said, “Bade Achhe Lagte Hain was a special experience that resonates even today and I am delighted that the new Viewers can experience this journey through reruns of the show. The show’s return to television after 13 years proves its lasting influence and makes me quite nostalgic and emotional, recalling working closely with Ekta and Ram. Those were the days. While it has become a household name by then, its revival promises to rekindle Ram and Priya’s everlasting love on the small screen. Starting Monday, Sony Entertainment Television’s “Bade Achhe Lagte Hain” will air every Monday to Friday at 8.30 pm.
