Apple expands Apple Business Connect plans and previews new features

To broaden the appeal of the Business Connect program, Apple previewed upcoming features that will enable businesses to connect with more than 1 billion Apple users.

These new features will appear in Apple Maps, Siri, and in an increasing number of places in the iPhone maker’s operating system.

New features rolling out with iOS 18.2 include the ability to display branding next to emails from participating businesses. The new caller ID feature will allow users to identify calls from a business by displaying the business’s logo badge and descriptive name. and the ability to display custom art in the Tap and Pay interface on iOS.

Apple says these new features will help businesses, even those without physical locations, manage how they appear to users and will benefit businesses of all sizes around the world.

“We’re excited to offer all businesses, including those without physical stores, the ability to create a brand that appears in the Apple apps used by more than 1 billion people every day,” said David Dorn, Apple’s senior director of web software and services. ” said the product.

Apple Business Connect is free to join, and businesses can sign up for the program, with features launching later this year.
