All are accused of warning police officers: Karnataka Hambi gang rape | Indian news

New details emerged in the gang rape incident in Hambi, Karnataka, where two women, including foreign nationals, were allegedly raped on the evening of Thursday (March 6) and a male tourist who accompanied them was found dead.

Karnataka minister Shivaraj Tangadagi said on Sunday that the incident had been updated about it and the three were arrested. He said the “most unfortunate” voiced the incident, and he said that, given that such incidents should not happen, police have been told to deploy police anywhere they need it.

“This is the most unfortunate event. I have spoken to the officials and three defendants have been arrested. Yesterday, police arrested two people, and today another defendant was arrested. We also warn police officers to deploy police wherever they are needed, considering that such incidents should not occur. ” Tangadagi said.

“It started with a small thing, and it turned into such a dangerous event. They probably hadn’t been there at the time because there were leopards in that place, and one person died. This is a place where few people roam. No such event happened,” he added.

Three young men approached the group and asked for instructions to the gasoline pump. The young man robbed them when tourists expressed their ignorance. One of the tourists had a verbal argument with strangers and angrily pushed the tourists into the canal. When three tourists manage to escape, the fourth disappeared and her body was later found.

A stranger allegedly raped two women. Parameshwara said the bodies of American nationals had been recovered, adding that in this regard, two people were arrested.
