Home Minister meets Pawan to apprise him of law and order situation

Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha had a courtesy meeting with Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan at the Secretariat on Thursday.

In a message on social media platform “X”, she said she briefed Mr Kayan on the law and order situation, specifically mentioning crimes against women and girls and measures being taken for their safety.

Ms. Anitha further said that Mr. Kalyan told her to ensure that the perpetrators are severely punished as per the law to act as a deterrent. She said that the NDA government is constantly working hard for the welfare of the people.

Mr Kayan insisted that special attention should be given to curbing crimes against women and girls and malicious campaigns against them.
