In an emotional post, former Indian cricketers Sachin Tendulkar and Zaheer Khan praised a young girl’s “smooth, effortless” bowling action.
Tendulkar shared a video on ‘X’ in which young girl Sushila Meena bowls with extremely smooth left-arm speed. The batting was great and her bowling action was compared to Zaheer’s.
The 51-year-old also tagged his long-time India teammate Zahir in his slow-motion video.
“Smooth, effortless and a joy to watch! Sushila Meena’s bowling action has shades of you, @ImZaheer. Did you see it too?” Tendulkar wrote in his post.
Responding to Sachin’s post, Zaheer said: “You are absolutely right and I couldn’t agree more. Her moves are so smooth and impressive – she has shown so much promise!”

In the clip, which has now gone viral on social media and racked up hundreds of thousands of views, the girl showcases her natural talent and passion for the sport, with her moves, including her signature jump before pitching, matching the shot. Sear’s bowling style is strikingly similar.
