2025 Maruti Dzire starts arriving at dealerships, new design language revealed
Maruti Suzuki is gearing up to launch the next-generation Dzire, which will be officially launched on November 11, 2024. See its refreshed design and style.
The 2024 Dzire introduces new aesthetic elements including the option of fresh blue paint alongside the existing red variant. The sedan’s front end features a wider grille and horizontal slats, complemented by LED headlights, round fog lights and redesigned bumpers. At the sides, two-tone alloy wheels enhance its silhouette, while the rear gets square LED taillights with a unique triangular pattern, a redesigned bumper, chrome accents on the bootlid and integrated rear windscreen brake lights. Inside, the next-gen Dzire continues Maruti Suzuki’s familiar design approach, offering a large standalone touchscreen infotainment system, multi-function steering wheel and dual-tone black and beige interiors. The updated model also includes new rectangular AC vents. Other features are expected to include cruise control, automatic climate control, a power moonroof and blind-spot monitors.
Under the hood, the new Dzire is powered by the same 3-cylinder 1.2-litre Z-series petrol engine as the fourth-generation Swift. The engine puts out 80 BHP and 112 Nm of torque and is likely to be paired with five-speed manual gearbox and AMT gearbox options. Although Maruti Suzuki is yet to confirm its launch timeline, a CNG variant is also expected to be in development.
