India’s best-selling subcompact sedan Maruti Suzuki Dzire will launch its fourth generation avatar on November 11. In its fourth generation, the Dzire will continue to compete with the likes of Hyundai Aura, Tata Tigor and the soon-to-be-updated Honda Amaze.
With the fourth-generation Dzire model, Maruti Suzuki has completely moved away from the extended version of the Swift on which the Dzire is based. The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire looks aggressive with straighter lines all around.

The front fascia of the 2024 Dzire gets newer, sleeker and more rectangular LED headlights, updated bumpers and a new seven-panel grille with chrome strips. The rear of the car also has a redesigned bumper shape, the taillights are also newly designed, and the chrome strip at the rear of the car has also been readjusted to make room for the taillights. Viewed from the side, the new roofline is visible along with newly designed 15-inch 8-spoke alloy wheels and 185/65 R15 tires.
2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire: Interior
Just like the exterior, the cabin of the 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire has also been revamped. Dzire’s dashboard layout is the same as 2024 Swift. It has an analog instrument cluster with a MID screen in the middle. The Dzire also features a new 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Additionally, the new Dzire also comes with an electric sunroof, a first in the segment.

Other features include automatic climate control, rear AC vents, rear armrest with cup holders, dual rear charging ports, front wireless charger and 360-degree camera system.
2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire: Engine
The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire becomes the carmaker’s second model to feature the new Z-series petrol engine. The new Dzire uses the same 1.2-litre three-cylinder Z-series petrol engine that debuted earlier in the Maruti Suzuki Swift. Transmission options include 5-speed manual gearbox and AMT.
