After delivering critically acclaimed films like ’83’ and ‘Chandu Champion’, Kabir Khan is returning to commercial cinema with his next big screen feature. According to people familiar with the matter, Kabir Khan has signed a contract with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions to shoot an action thriller, which is currently in the pre-production stage.

Sources tell us that after Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Kabir Khan is looking forward to returning with a blockbuster. “Kabir Khan is developing a commercial action film with Karan Johar’s Dharma Production. Casting for Kabir Khan’s next film requires a macho superstar and the director is considering Salman Khan or Vicky Kaushal for this role.

A little birdie also tells us that Kabir and Karan have started talking to the two heroes to finalize the date. “Both Salman Khan and Vicky Kaushal have shown interest but are waiting to hear the final draft,” a source further told Bollywood Hungama.
