An AtlasIntel poll showed Trump leading Kamala Harris with 49% approval, while Harris’s approval rating was 47.2%, and Trump only led by a slim margin of 1.8%. The survey shows Trump leading in all battleground states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
The survey conducted by AtlasIntel on Nov. 1 and 2 included nearly 2,500 likely voters, mostly women. In Arizona, Trump leads Harris with 51.9% support, 45.1%. In Nevada, Trump once again leads with 51.4%, to Harris’ 45.9%. In North Carolina, Trump’s approval rating is 50.4%, while Harris’s approval rating is 46.8%. The importance of these swing states is underscored by their history of close elections. For example, Joe Biden won Arizona in 2020 by just 10,000 votes. “This really represents the best of who we are,” Harris told a room full of cheering employees. A supporter of phone banking handed her a cellphone, and when a reporter asked her how she felt, the vice president held up the phone and responded, “Going to talk to voters.”
